Event Agenda

  • Team Check-in & Pits Open
    8 a.m. - 9 a.m.
  • Opening Ceremonies
    9 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
    Please do your best to make room in the seating area.
  • Coaches Meeting
    9:30 a.m. - 9:50 a.m.
    with the Judge Advisor and Head Referee. The Judge Advisor will cover expectations at the event and any last minute announcements. The Head Referee will explain the queuing and Robot Game process at the event, as well as announce any new official Robot Game Updates.
  • Round 1 of Robot Game Matches and Judging Blocks 1 & 2
    10:05 a.m. - 11:35 a.m.
  • Lunch Break
    11:35 a.m. - 12:35 p.m.
    Multiple Food Trucks will be onsite for lunch and snack items. (See event page for details) Various Food Outlets are close to the event venue. Be sure to check out teams and their robot solutions!
  • Round 2 of Robot Game Matches and Judging Block 3 & 4
    12:35 p.m. - 2:05 p.m.
  • Break
    2:05 p.m. - 2:20 p.m.
  • Round 3 of Robot Game Matches

  • Pit Cleanup / Tear Down

    Teams should pick up belongings and clean up their pit area.

Whether you have four hours on a weekend, want to mentor/coach for a season, or just want to be a part of the overall experience, there is a volunteer role suited to your unique talents and interest.
